Preliminary acceptance tests of a pilot batch of RCCA absorber rods manufactured at NFC STE NSC KIPT

Within the framework of the agreement “Services on development of VVER-1000 RCCA absorber rods for launching their production in Ukraine”, NFC STE NSC KIPT has developed a detailed design for the pilot VVER-1000 RCCA absorber rods and manufactured a pilot batch of the absorber rods.

On December 17-18, NFC STE NSC KIPT successfully conducted preliminary acceptance tests of a pilot batch of RCCA absorber rods.
